- Improve the service, measure usage and performance, communicate with users, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies
We and our providers may use cookies, browser storage, IndexedDB, analytics scripts, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, store chart and UI settings, support wallet sessions, measure performance, and secure the service. Blocking these technologies may prevent the service from working correctly.
4. How We Share Information
We share information with service providers and infrastructure partners that help us run the service, including authentication, wallet infrastructure, hosting, analytics, storage, database, RPC, market data, trading, bridge, support, and security providers. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, in connection with a business transfer, or with your direction or consent.
Blockchain transactions and wallet addresses may be public by design. Third-party networks, protocols, explorers, validators, RPC providers, wallets, exchanges, and market data services may independently process information under their own policies.
5. Advertising and Sale of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, we will update this Policy and provide any legally required opt-out controls.
6. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, prevent fraud, and preserve transaction and audit records. Public blockchain data may remain available independently of AskSplat.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your wallet, device, browser, API keys, CLI approvals, and account credentials secure.
8. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal of a privacy decision. California residents may also have rights to know the categories of personal information collected, the purposes of use, the categories of sources and recipients, and to opt out of sale or sharing where applicable.
