Terms of Service

Last updated: May 1, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to AskSplat, Splat Terminal, our connected trading tools, wallet workflows, staking and rewards features, API and CLI features, market data, charts, watchlists, referrals, and related services.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, connecting a wallet, approving a wallet signature, using Google login, using our API or CLI, staking, trading, or otherwise accessing the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You may not use the service if you are barred by applicable law, are located in a jurisdiction where the service is illegal, or are the subject of sanctions or trade restrictions. You are responsible for determining whether your use is lawful in your location.

3. Crypto, Trading, and Market Risk

The service involves crypto assets, perpetuals, swaps, staking, rewards, bridges, withdrawals, wallet signing, and market data. Crypto markets are volatile and can result in total loss. Transactions may be irreversible, delayed, failed, frontrun, or affected by network congestion, liquidity, slippage, oracle behavior, smart contract defects, third-party outages, or user error.

AskSplat does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, or trading advice. AI-generated content, charts, alerts, market data, token descriptions, staking information, and trading tools are for informational and execution-support purposes only. You make every trading, staking, withdrawal, bridge, or wallet decision at your own risk.

4. No Broker, Adviser, Exchange, Bank, or Fiduciary Role

AskSplat is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, exchange, bank, money transmitter, custodian, or fiduciary. We do not guarantee execution, price, liquidity, yield, rewards, tax treatment, regulatory treatment, or profit. We may route, display, prepare, submit, or help sign transactions through third-party networks and services, but you remain responsible for each transaction you approve.

5. Wallets, Keys, and Account Security

The service supports connected wallets, Turnkey-based wallet sessions, Google login, backend platform tokens, API tokens, and CLI authorization. You are responsible for maintaining control of your devices, wallet credentials, API keys, browser sessions, and connected accounts. Do not share seed phrases, private keys, approval links, signatures, or API credentials. We are not responsible for losses caused by compromised devices, phishing, malicious extensions, leaked credentials, wallet approvals, or unauthorized use of your account.

6. Third-Party Services and Networks

The service relies on third parties such as wallet providers, Turnkey, Google/Firebase, Vercel, Hyperliquid, Solana, RPC providers, token and market data providers, bridge services, analytics providers, and other infrastructure. Third-party terms, fees, privacy practices, outages, errors, and network rules may apply. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, protocols, smart contracts, tokens, validators, sequencers, or APIs.

7. Beta Features, Staking, Rewards, and Referrals

Some features may be experimental, invite-only, token-gated, sandboxed, rate-limited, or changed without notice. Staking, points, rewards, referrals, token access, and fee allocation features may be modified, suspended, corrected, or discontinued at any time. Displaying a reward, estimate, balance, or status does not guarantee eligibility, payment, value, claimability, or future availability.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to violate laws, evade sanctions, manipulate markets, exploit systems, attack infrastructure, scrape or resell data without permission, bypass rate limits, reverse engineer non-open components, submit malicious code, impersonate others, or interfere with other users. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access when we believe use creates legal, security, operational, abuse, or platform risk.

9. Data, Content, and Feedback

You retain rights to content you submit, such as profile information, chat prompts, watchlists, settings, and feedback. You grant AskSplat a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, transmit, improve, and secure the service using that content. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it.

10. Fees, Taxes, and Network Costs

You are responsible for all gas, network, exchange, bridge, funding, withdrawal, builder, third-party, and platform fees shown or incurred through your use. You are also responsible for determining and paying taxes related to your transactions, rewards, staking, gains, losses, or other activity.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, security, and uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that market data, balances, charts, AI outputs, token metadata, or transaction statuses will be complete, current, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AskSplat and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of crypto assets, keys, data, goodwill, trading opportunities, rewards, or business, even if we were advised such damages could occur. Our total liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

13. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless AskSplat and its team from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your transactions, your content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of third-party rights.

14. Disputes, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at asksplatteam@gmail.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days. Any unresolved dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, except that either party may seek relief in small claims court or seek injunctive relief for misuse of intellectual property, security incidents, or unauthorized access. You and AskSplat waive jury trials and class, collective, representative, and consolidated actions to the fullest extent allowed by law.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
